Fast and friendly service, the waitress was newer, but was more than happy to try and make us as comfortable as possible. We called in a reservation ahead of time, and was seated promptly. The food was brought out to use (5 of us in total) within 20 mins, it could have been slightly more or less. The salmon was cooked to perfection, and we had no complaints. Would happily recommend this establishment.
Like this place a lot. Hubs likes the steak. I prefer the chicken or "roadkill". Have always had terrific service and great food.
Excellent waitress but waited on food longer than other bigger groups. When food came out, steaks were over cooked and food was cold.. Management and the waitress were very apologetic, replaced the food and discounted the bill. It is one of my 11 year old sons favorite place and we have gone many times and will continue to do so .
Country fried sirloin grisly and more than half was a very salty batter. I had to scrape it off. Salad was good. Fries good. Seats not clean. No glasses available for water until waitress washed them. I've been at other Texas Roadhouse establishments in FL. This was Clarksburg WV. Just not the same lever of quality in food or customer service. Maybe bad time due to holidays.
Great service, food and staff. Very active in supporting the local community and charities. Huge hearts and friendly beyond belief.
