I've rented from here twice so far. For small vacation trips. While I had issues at first with my rental being available on time Or there being an issue with said rental. They were kind and caring about my wait and any inconvenience it brought onto my trip. They were quick and willing to offer compensation to make it easier to handle. I plan to rent from them more when I have trips in the future. They are kind. Caring and helpful.
I was dissatisfied this time. Although reserving a car online is supposed to take some of the hassle away once you get to the place, it didn't. Not only did I have over 2 hrs to wait, I had to verify my income, they had to phone my car insurance company to verify my insurance and customers that came well after I was there waiting for my car to be cleaned, we're bumped up ahead of me. Renting a car should be easier especially if your information is already in the system.
Both Sabrina and Beth provided excellent customer service by making rental procedure go through like a breeze. I highly recommend anyone who needs to rent a car in the Clarksburg-Bridgeport area to call the Emily Drive Enterprise office first. You will be glad that you did! Making the reservation is easy....The girl that helped us was nice but you need a ton of stuff now a days to rent even with a small business reservation they were asking for stuff I didn't have and wasn't told that I needed. That's a big deal, if it wasn't for that it would have been 5 stars...car was nice, clean, not too smelly and got good gas mileage!
