Good mechanics nice personality
Very good technicians. They actually find and fix the problems instead of throwing parts at it and hoping that it works. Not bad on the pricing either.
Have trusted these guys for eleven years (I've owned a variety of car types: Chrysler New Yorker, Dodge Neon, Subaru Impreza, and Pontiac Bonnevile) with getting repairs to my cars done. In every case it's been on time and at a reasonable cost. Mark and his outstanding crew have never let me down.
Great service, friendly staff and owner, family business, excellent work, shuttle service available while vehicle being worked on, cares about customers, does not overcharge or charge for work you don't need or didn't ask for. Highly recommended :)
These folks exceeded my expectations! We were traveling home and in a bind.. Our a/c stopped working out of no where mid-summer. I called multiple places in Fairmont who weren't helpful in such a short time. Thankfully, I got in touch with Mark who answered on the first call. Mark at Total Care Auto Repair went out of his way to get us in immediately, fixed our air conditioning in no time, and he even surprised us by picking us up in our car at a nearby restaurant we walked to after it was ready to go.
