Geat Corporate Office Customer Service! Within minutes your call is answered. Representatives are very helpful, kind, understanding, and polite; they make you feel like a V.I.P. I am a 100% satisfied customer.
Trip was quick. I was out fast considering it's Christmas shopping season.
I generally have a good, if not, decent experience at this Wal-Mart. For the most part, all the items are arranged correctly with the prices, and the service is, overall, good.
The store is always clean, but I've never been to the store when it isn't busy.
Came in for Black Friday Sale. All DVD/Games/Blu-Ray's were in a single aisle in the frozen food section. After standing in line for a half hour, we were YELLED AT by employees who told us we only had 5 MINUTES to look through what must have been over 200 or so titles. They were actually telling INDIVIDUAL people to move faster! When I complained to the store manager she told me this was the policy set by regional management. This is the ONLY store that actually YELLS at people to move faster and not look too long! Truly a new LOW in customer service. When I asked the manager if there was any other area of the store where people are told they can only shop for 5 minutes and then they have to get out, she confirmed the policy only applied to the movie section. Obviously their system for displaying movies doesn't work! They had the nerve to ask me at the checkout if I'd found everything I was looking for. I told them NO - I was only given 5 minutes to shop! In the end, I followed their rules... I left after 5 minutes, went to TARGET (where no one was encouraging customers to shop quick and get out), and am now home buying the rest of my movies on AMAZON at nearly the same prices! When will the big box stores ever learn? They can't continue to compete with online burying when they make shopping at their stores such a disaster of an experience. If you had a similar experience in the movie section, I encourage you to post as well. Perhaps upper management will finally get the message...
