Nice, clean facility, Friendly and helpful staff. My wait was about 50 minutes. It took a total of 1:15 I was diagnosed with an infection, got some good advice on managing the pain, and had a filled antibiotic prescription in hand when I left. Amazing service, one stop, and feeling a lot better just a day later.
I went to MedExpress on Emily Dr in Clarksburg, Wv 26301 today 12/31/2016 at 1:15pm. Everything was going great. The staff at the front desk and the lady who took my vitals was wonderful, very polite, and friendly. The doctor came to see me. He walked in the patient room and I said hello and said how's it going. He asked me what seems to be the problem? I replied that I was having sinus problems and believed I might have an upper respiratory infection. He replied and said I don't really care what you believe. I looked at him baffled and he continued and said are you going to give me your symptoms or do I need to just go see somebody else. I told him I was sick and to please just not give me a hard time. He said I will just go see someone else and come back then. I told him I was not going to let him speak to me that way. He said I will have them check you out and I checked out and left. I'm just completely astounded at the way he talked to and treated me. This has been a very negative experience for me and will result in me not visiting a MedExpress location again. I just wanted to inform you of the situation in hopes that no one else will have to experience this type of treatment from one of the MedExpress doctors. I am not %100 percent of the doctors name. I do remember seeing the name Michael Parsons on the wall. I hope that this helps someone else to not have to go through this type of experience. It was completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I found the staff very friendly. I have no complaints .
Took my son and I to medex and the medicine they prescribed was terrible. Didn't help, called tried to get different medicine. She said I needed to seen again. I guess so more money for you. I will never go back AGAIN!!!!!
After going to UHC three times, the staff at med express took care of me and provided a professional and friendly atmosphere. Best medical staff I have been around in a very long time. The doctor was fantastic and did his job with precision and care. The nurse and radiology tech were supportive and by my side through the entire process. Fantastic.
