Food and service is average. Had better but had worse also.
Great pizza and friendly fast service.
I actually don't think they deserve even one star. Its being ran by a bunch of kids that shouldn't be anywhere near management positions.
Here's some helpful advice; cancel your order now and cook a frozen pizza. Not only would it taste better, but you wouldn't have to wait two hours past its expected delivery time to eat it. We ordered our pizza at 4-4:30pm and were sent an email confirmation telling us we would receive it at 5:35pm. At 6:00, we called, asking where our pizza was. Not only were they unfriendly, but they offered no decent explanation. At 7:00, we called again, and again received no friendly information. At around 7:10, we finally received our pizza, in which we received NO DISCOUNTS for the wait. It was greasy, nasty, and certainly not worth the wait. Don't waste your time with this place.
Ordered online which said 50-55 minutes. Called in to add a side of bbq sauce. Was asked "you do know our delivery times are 2 hours or more?" Then was told i cant add to order. They could void my previous online order and would take 3 to 5 days to be reimbursed. Doesnt seem to me like they want anymore business and will try to talk customers out of ordering. Poor delivery guy will probably suffer for poor management. At least they were polite
