I shop here often and find it an enjoyable stop at least biweekly. I pick up crickets for my frogs and gecko here. I have also bought treats for my family dog and reptile supplies. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the pets are clean and happy. I was quite disappointed to find out that my favorite pet stop had no live feeder mice for my ball python. Due to it being less inhumane or cruel to the mice, this store only sells frozen mice. I tried it for my python. An associate spent time explaining to me how to introduce the frozen mouse to my snake and was very knowledgeable. I did go home and try to get "Mimic" (my beloved python) to eat, but no matter what, she was uninterested. I was able to return the extra mice in the package and get my money back. I just go to another store for live mice. However, I still love pet supplies plus enough that I go there for everything else...crickets, pet supplies and pet advice. I would recommend this place to anyone with pets. It's a fun place to take the kids to look at the rabbits, hamsters, reptiles, fish, etc

Great pet store! I've gotten only one animal from here, but I'm constantly at the store for their awesome deals and selection. The staff is wonderful and I can't get enough of them. Their reptiles are decently taken care of, I don't see anything wrong with them when I go there, and the people in the reptile section are usually pretty knowledgeable. I wish they got their birds from somewhere better though. They're always so scared.
