The place to go if you wanted to be treated like family & not just another customer... My family & I have been using (Rosebud) Rite Aid Pharmacy for years & not once have we experienced any mistakes. The pharmacist Mike even went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure the medicine the Dr prescribed my son was safe... He quite possibly saved my son's life where the Dr failed... DEFINITELY THE BEST PHARMACY IN ALL OF WV... quite possibly the entire US
Ive been a customer of this pharmacy for 2 years ive always had a great experience they are respectful fast an helpful..the pharmcist mike has always taken time to say hello and ask how my day is ive always walked out with a smile on my face ive always been out quickly with the right medication and all concerns and questions answered an adressed..LOVE THIS STAFF!!
So this happened....I come through the doors at closing time (literally gates down) after a long day at the Dr office with my sick son. Long story short Mike stayed late to see to it that my child got his medicine..and even put a smile on his face with some candy :) ty Mike!
Your pharmacist and female technician are the rudest people I have EVER delt with. I may go to media and explain why they feel the need to threaten and laugh at their customers. Not only are the rude and obnoxious..they hand out the wrong medication. Let's see who has the last laugh.
