They schedule appointments and never show up. It has taken them 8 weeks to install a furnace which still isn't complete. Would not recommend.
Eerily similar experiences I've read below. This company is a joke! Hired them through my home warranty, they came out took my $95 service fee, sprayed off my AC unit with my water hose and left instructing me to wait a while. I called the next day and spoke with the technician and he said he would be back out the next evening. NEVER heard from again. I called him 3 times and left 3 different messages. Called the main office 4 separate times, the first call I was told "the part has been ordered. Calls 2,3 and 4 I was told "the technician completed the work order, he said it's fixed. even AFTER me telling them EACH time no he didn't. Finally they said they would place an order for a new compressor. How ,you may wonder , do you order a compressor when you don't even know if that's what needs replaced, what model or unit number? That's right, they didn't!!! I hired another company so I can get it fixed. I keep all of my records and communications, next step is to report them to the state with every attempted contact made, I may include some of these reviews as well. Interestingly enough, when a complaint was made online I get two back to back calls at 9pm. Now they can say "we tried to remedy the situation". No you didn't, you've just been complained about enough to the state you know what steps to take for deniability. I don't want my money back, I just want to make sure no one uses you again. How about this- do your jobs. Read these reviews below and instead of defending yourself, maybe clean house.
