1 star is more than generous. Spectrum is a continuation of bad business practices of timewarner. Changing a name is just another attempt at deceiving customers. There advertisements stating they learned there lesson are false advertising.
Had twc which was pretty terrible internet but when spectrum took over it got much worse. My internet drops more than 30 times a day. Sometimes no more than a minute or two apart. I suggest if you have the option to go somewhere else then do it. I think at this point dial up would be better.
My bill with Time warner was 66.99...spectrum took over and now it's 188.37!!!! There was nothing they could do... well I can do something and that's dropping them!
Prices suck and keep getting worse, if they wonder why people are dropping cable TV this is why, stop being so greedy!
WOULDN'T EVEN CONSIDER HAVING FREE SERVICE FROM THEM, LESS THEN 2 MONTHS OF SERVICE AND OVER 30 PHONE CALLS. NEVER WILL CONSIDER THEM AGAIN. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING TO WALMART AND BUYING A TV ANTENNA FOR MORE RELIABILITY. AVOID AT THIS COMPANY OR YOU'LL SPEND COUNTLESS HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS.
