My wife broke down yesterday outside of Clarksburg on rt50 at about 330 pm. No one there wanted to tow her to buckhannon because it would be after 5pm. They left her setting.
Poor service. Not friendly whatsoever, they were very rude and charged 200$ for a four mile tow. Would never have these guys tow anything else. Wouldn't trust them towing a hot wheel car.
Fast and reliable service. Took my trooper from the side of the interstate to inside of my garage for an honest price. Getting towed isn't cheap but factor in the price of the rollback picking you up, it's upkeep, and what the hourly wage for a qualified driver who risks his life on the side of the road to rescue your stranded vehicle without damaging it would be.
Said they were on their way and still hadn’t shown up 3 hours later.
Don't confuse guys who know what they're doing and who are trying to get off the side of the road as quickly as possible, while making sure not to damage your vehicle, for rudeness. Any towing outfit will charge you, might as well pay for one with quality equipment and skilled operators that will safely take care of your vehicle.
