Bought the A4 in July 2016 and had to have what turned out to be a false service alert on instrument panel investigated. Arranged to have it checked with Brandon and it turned out that it needed a software update. Problem solved quickly. Excellent experience. Appreciate personal care and explanation. Various other personnel were also friendly and more than willing to discuss Audi cars. Love the car too.
A guy walked out of an office near the customer's waiting area and gave my 2 year old son a superman coloring book. It was awesome! These folks seem to care about customers. They also provide good coupons.
Thanks to the whole team, I had a 2009 Jetta TDI to be done for recalls, the appointment was set in no time, the car done in an extremely short time, they provided a loaner car quasi brand new with all options on board. Wonderful place and people, very professional and fast. I highly recommend.
This was my first large car purchase. Previously, I always bought older cars that I could pay cash for and be done. This was a big deal for me. I love Audi so there is not much work needed to sell one to me but a dealership certainly could do things to cause me not to purchase from them. With that being said, I could tell instantly that Audi Clarksburg was a cut above the rest.
