The WV DMV computer service is horrible the system in the past week has been up and down this is our great tax dollars at work
Absolutely the most pleasant and expedient experience that we have ever had at any DMV across the country. People were courteous, and jovial, expedient and efficient. Great job Clarksburg DMV.
The black woman at the front desk with the short nappy hair was extremely rude. I stood there quietly waiting to get a B# and she didn't even acknowledge me standing there. Finally I asked if I could have a B# and she rolled her eyes and gave me the dirtiest look. Everyone here is so damn rude.
The supervisor has no knowledge about the division of motor vehicles. If you ever have an issue it is best to call the DMV toll free number to take care of it over the phone. They are there to assist you and help with issues your local DMV gives you. Please report any employee no doing their job to the standards of the people. They are government employees that are not entitled to anything but to help us. Clarksburg DMV is a horrible place that needs new management. State DMV headquarters will also tell you this if you're from this area. Harrison county courthouse can do the same thing DMV does and they are a lot nicer!
Pleasant enough. I visited the Clarkburg, WV, DMV on 05.23.2017. The staff were nice enough, to the point with good explanations. Wait time was less than 30-minutes, which I thought was acceptable. Not a bad experience at all.
