Over priced rip off
My wife ordered flowers for our nephews funeral, always used this florist, the person was told it was for our nephew. We ordered a telafloral cross arrangement that cost 85.00 total. When we saw it at the viewing my wife cried and was embarrassed, it was the smallest of all arrangements, was all white not pretty at all, and an exact telafloral was there sent by a friend by another florist was 3 times the size with color and they paid 65.00. Sorry but you lost a great customer. Oh and we have tried to call and there is a recording and you can not even leave a message...... SMH.
Cheap stuff, awful arrangements don't take time to make their stuff, never buy from there to much money for what you get !!!! Do not recommend ordering from here!!!
Ordered flowers through teleaflora and didn't get what I sent, called customer service and got told the florist contacted me and I ok'd a change which I never spoke to anyone regarding my purchase. I only knew I didn't get what I sent because of a photo thanking me tagged on Facebook. Teleaflora reimbursed me half of the purchase price for the florist not contacting me
