Update: Concerning the owner's response which is completely untrue. After reading the other reviews on this business I'm not surprised she tried to weasel her way out of any responsibility. Hopefully, at least one person will read this and decide to go with another florist.
Paid top dollar for wedding flowers and was left extremely unsatisfied.
They didn't bring the right flowers and totally left out the candy that came with the order. The flowers they brought were wilted and dying. My bf was not happy when he saw what they brought and saw part of the order was missing. They don't even answer the phone when you call either. Thumbs down.
I am no expert on flowers, but I would assume they would last a couple days after use. Not these! Majority of the flowers didn't even make it the whole day and we're browning/wilted by the evening.
Did not deliver my order on time and lied to 1800 flowers stating that they attempted delivery just so they didn't get 'charged'. Shady florist, would not do business with them.
I truly believe a 1 star rating is sufficient for my experience with this business keeping the price, product, and customer service in mind.
They do a wonderful job. And are so helpful. Thank you for doing such a good job with my order.
Granted, it was short notice (~2 weeks) but some of the flowers were unobtainable by the florist. Additionally, the arrangement for the bride was not even close to the photo shown/texted to the florist in person.
I highly recommend you go somewhere else for your floral needs.
This florist is the WORST. I ordered online and this florist was the one who filled it and they did a terrible job. When I called to complain the owner was incredibly RUDE!!!! She did not offer to fix it just that I should not order online and too bad for me. She hung up on me. I do not know how they are still in business!!!! She even admitted that they did not put the correct number of flowers in my arrangement but just told me I should be happy with it. If you want arrangements that are professionally done, DO NOT use them. If you order from 1800 Flowers this is who will fill the order and it WILL NOT look like the arrangement you paid for. I will tell everyone I know not to use them as they have NO understanding of customer service. If you use this florist after reading several reviews of unhappy customers you WILL be sorry.
