The staff is nice and the flowers are great looking, prices are a little high but it's hard to find anything else in the area of quality.
Exceptioal customer service-My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary and there was a mix up with the order. I "Goggled" for a florist in Clarksburg, WV to order flowers for a funeral. I spoke to a super nice lady and she assured me that she would take care of the arrangement. Did she ever! The arrangement was beautiful and worth the price. I ordered a dish garden and there six different kind of plants in the nice ceramic bowl. I highly recommend Rose of Sharon Florist.
Called in to order an arrangement for a funeral that was literally up the hill. I asked for something red, white, and blue, probably carnations... and would $25 make a nice arrangement? She said sure but add delivery and taxes. When I arrived at the funeral, there were two carnations and a rose in the vase, and my card had been billed over $34. I will never make this mistake again. I have ordered $20-$30 arrangements from other area florists and always been far more happy with the results.
