A FRIGHTENING GAMESTOP!!
Update 2017. Bought a controller used and although the manager says it's not defective, on screen it shows bad pull on the left stick.I just wanted an even swap to a used controller with no pull. If you have go to GameStop around this area, go to the mall where they actually know how to take care of people.
I love Gamestop. Not just this particular one, but all of them. :) I oftentimes drop in just to see the used games on sale that my children may be interested in. It's a great place to look for gifts for the gamers in your family for sure. I also love that they have used and very affordable games and gaming equipment. The staff at this particular store is helpful and polite. They are also conveniently located in the plaza with Walmart Supercenter and there's always somewhere to park even during the holiday shopping season.

Im done with this place and will never go back. I paid 50 dollars for the controller used to have an extra, and when I finally got to use it, it doesn't work properly. This GameStop is the old GameStop mentality of money first and Customer service doesn't exist. Meadowbrook mall has a customers first mentality, and will help everyone they can.
